Grace Amato

Associate

Grace Amato is an associate at BRB Law LLP. Her practice encompasses a wide range of litigation, regulatory, and transactional work, focusing on the needs of businesses in regulated industries. Grace represents telecommunications, energy, transportation, and water clients before the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), including in quasi-legislative, ratemaking, and adjudicatory proceedings. 

Prior to joining BRB Law, Grace was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP’s Silicon Valley office. There, she handled various types of transactional matters, assisting companies and investment entities in formation stages, navigating venture financings, and addressing ongoing corporate strategy and maintenance. Grace has also worked on several mergers, acquisitions, and tender offers as part of her transactional practice.

Grace graduated from the University of St. Andrews College of William & Mary Joint Degree Program in 2020 with a joint B.A. from both schools in International Relations with international honors. She earned her J.D. in 2023 from the Georgetown University Law Center. During her time at Georgetown, Grace interned in the Federal Communications Commission’s Cybersecurity and Communications Reliability Division, as well as the Telecommunications and Analysis Division.
